By accessing or using Gymer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gymer is a workout tracking application that uses Google Sheets as its data storage backend. The Service allows you to create, manage, and track workout programs with all data stored in your personal Google Drive account.

3. Google Account Requirements

To use Gymer, you must:

  • Have a valid Google account
  • Grant Gymer permission to access Google Sheets and Google Drive (limited to files created by Gymer)
  • Comply with Google's Terms of Service

4. Your Data

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all workout data you create. This data is stored in Google Sheets within your Google Drive.

Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you create and store using the Service.

Backup: While your data is stored in Google's infrastructure, we recommend maintaining your own backups.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on Google's APIs and infrastructure, which may experience downtime. We are not liable for any interruptions in service.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYMER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Fitness Disclaimer

Gymer is a workout tracking tool, not a medical or fitness advisor. Always consult with qualified health professionals before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from exercise programs you track using the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking Gymer's access from your Google account settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
